Michael Williams: Bio

Michael is a Commercial Driver License holder with 33 years of experience in the trucking industry. He spent 14 years as a driver and road trainer and has been a CDL instructor for the last 19 years. He has been a certified CDL third-party examiner for the last 4 years for the State of Texas at Western Technical College, with a passion for training the next generation of skilled drivers. Michael is pursuing his bachelor’s in business administration and strives to combine industry expertise with strong leadership and business knowledge. His motivation comes from helping others succeed and continuously improving his skills, such as his tenacity to be disciplined, entrepreneurship, and leadership. He enjoys problem-solving, taking on challenges, mentoring, and finding innovative ways to enhance training methods. Beyond work, he’s a big fan of Star Wars, Marvel, Legos, and sports, especially football and baseball. His drive for personal and professional growth keeps him focused on achieving new goals and making a lasting impact in his field. A unique and special characteristic about Michael is that he is spiritually grounded in his walk of faith, emotionally, mentally, and physically, representing his love for his Lord and Savior.
